By accessing the platform, creating an account, or using any Mowatib services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue using the service.

2. Description of Services

Mowatib is a Progressive Web Application (PWA) designed to foster deep focus and intentional productivity. Services include:

• Pomodoro focus session timer with ambient audio and customizable workflows.
• Task, subtask, list, and tag organization with deadline scheduling.
• Atomic habit tracking with daily consistency streaks.
• Rich note-taking with visual live editing and checklist support.
• Full calendar workspace for scheduling events and syncing with Google Calendar.

3. Third-Party Integrations & Google Calendar

Mowatib offers an optional, user-initiated synchronization integration with Google Calendar:

• Explicit Consent: Calendar synchronization is initiated solely upon your voluntary authorization.
• Data Ownership: You retain complete, uncompromised ownership of all events and tasks created or synchronized.
• Revocation at Will: You may disconnect Google Calendar integration at any time from the Mowatib Settings view or via your Google Account permissions, with zero disruption to your core workspace features.
• Policy Compliance: Our Google Calendar integration strictly complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including all Limited Use requirements.

4. Acceptable Use & Responsibility

You agree to:

• Use the platform exclusively for lawful personal, educational, and professional purposes.
• Never attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or exploiting platform tiers.
• Avoid sending automated high-frequency requests that compromise service stability for others.

4. Subscriptions, Pricing & Free Trial

• Free Forever Plan: Offers essential productivity tools freely to all users.
• Mutqan Plan (PRO): Unlocks premium enhancements such as advanced cloud sync, unlimited lists and habits, and exclusive themes.
• 7-Day Free Trial: Users can explore all Mutqan features risk-free for 7 full days without upfront commitment.
• Payment Security: All financial transactions are handled through certified, licensed regional payment processors. Mowatib never stores card numbers on its servers.

5. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, interface designs, source code, and branding elements remain the exclusive property of Mowatib and are protected by applicable intellectual property legislation. Conversely, you retain 100% ownership of all tasks, notes, habits, and content created in your workspace.

6. Termination & Updates to Terms

• You may terminate your account and erase all your personal data at any time directly through the Settings interface.
• We may update these terms periodically to reflect new features or regulations, providing notice of significant changes within the application.
